	offered £125 instead of £180 for my iphone due to a few very small scratches on the back. When I rejected this they sent the phone back minus the case, charger and earphones. They have since sent me a case, charger and earphones, but the case is the wrong colour.

	Very simple and painless transaction. Just filled in the online information for my old 6120, was sent a prepaid envelope, posted the phone off and received my money! Can't say fairer than that really.
